The M4A3E8 Sherman Easy Eight was one of the final Sherman types. It benefited from updates drawn directly from battle experience. These design developments included a hardy welded late production hull and a 76mm main gun. In addition, new Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension (HVSS) with wider tracks made for the significantly more comfortable ride that led to its nickname of Easy Eight. Proven popular in the 1:35 scale series, this version as it appeared in the European theatre of WWII is not available in 1:48 scale. Thanks to In-depth surveys of actual vehicles, the model kit features a realistic depictions of the HVSS, engine grilles, deflector and more. The assembly type T66 tracks feature 1-piece straight sections.
